Tutorial: Paratrooper softie toy

Holly from Chez Beeper Bebe and Beeper Bebe joins in Celebrate the Boy month with a tutorial for making a fabric version of a paratrooper toy.  I love this so much!! The plastic soldier gets replaced with a fabric softie, and the parachute is made from an old scarf instead of flimsy plastic.   Get the how-to.

Right around Valentine’s day The jewelry design company Digby & Iona started offering their Stump Ring with carved initials on it. So cute! I’m not sure if that was just a Valentine’s Day promotion or if they will keep doing it.
