Tutorial: Toddler skirt and vest from outgrown pants

Melissa from Until Wednesday Calls shows how to repurpose an outgrown pair of toddler pants into a pleated skirt and vest.  You’ll need to add in some extra fabric to create the pleats and the body of the vest, but repurposing the top of the pants saves you having to create a waistband or stitch the details.  Go to the tutorial.
