It's so simple to use, all you do is create a design on your computer; we used Microsoft Office but for those more adventurous, you can use more sophisticated software like Photoshop.
Once you're happy with your design on screen, put the transfer paper into your printer's paper tray, hit print and your design is ready to transfer!
Position the printed transfer paper onto your plain t-shirt or flag, cover with some silicone paper (or baking paper from the kitchen cupboard will do). Heat an iron to a medium/low setting. Take your time and firmly iron over the whole area of the design, making sure all the edges have stuck to the fabric. Be careful though, if the iron is too hot it can warp the colours of your design!
If you're not feeling particularly imaginative you can always google images of your team's flag or favourite players (of course make sure the images aren't copyrighted first!) then print those on to the transfer paper and repeat the process above!
