 Jane from Maiden Jane shares a tutorial on her blog for her version of the t-shirt pillow.  She uses coordinating fabrics to frame the t-shirt.  Use the same fabric on a set of pillows to help lend a cohesion to a group of the different t-shirt designs.  Go to the tutorial.
