Miscellany of Me shares a tutorial on her blog for drafting and sewing a child’s crossfront top.  The pattern for this top is based on a plain t-shirt pattern.  The tutorial is offered in two parts. Part 1 shows how to adapt the t-shirt pattern for a crossover top.  Part 2 shows how to sew it up.
