 Toronto Island Concert
The Toronto Island Concert is rapidly approaching, and we have just posted more information pertaining to the June 19 show. Head over to the official site to see the set times (also listed below) as well as what fans are permitted to bring. As well, because the show falls on the same weekend as North By Northeast, the first 250 NXNE Bracelets/Badges at the Mainland Ferry Box Office will get free admission. The Stills
As we recently announced, The Stills have welcomed guitarist Gregory Paquet back into the fold, coinciding with Dave Hamelin's move back to drums in advance of supporting Kings Of Leon on tour this summer.
The Stills/Kings Of Leon tour hits Toronto July 28 at the Molson Amphitheater, but the band will headline a club show the next night, July 29, at the Horseshoe Tavern in Toronto. Tickets are available here. They will also perform at home in Montreal at the tiny Casa del Popolo on July 16. Advance tickets are sold out but there are a handful left at local record shops Cheap Thrills and Phonopolis.
Recently, the band also played a last-minute unannounced gig at The Dakota Tavern in Toronto. You can watch them performing some classics as well as a snippet from new track "Keep It Going” here.

Dan Mangan
Recent Arts & Crafts signee Dan Mangan will see his album Nice, Nice, Very Nice released to U.S. audiences on August 10, and Dan will hit the road shortly after with The Wooden Birds.
The tour kicks off in Austin TX on August 20, and works its way East, finishing off on September 4 in Philadelphia. For full tour details, click here.

Jason Collett
After a six week spring tour with Zeus and Bahamas, as well as a short stint in the UK at the Great Escape festival, Jason Collett is readying to head back on the road this week, this time doing solo shows in support of Tift Merritt. The tour begins June 5 in Raleigh, NC, and finishes up at the Hiro Ballroom in New York on June 17. As well, Jason just announced he will be playing the Ottawa Bluesfest on July 12 as direct support to City & Colour in addition to Hillside Festival, Mariposa and other summer festivals Jason will be playing. This Movie Is Broken is the latest film from legendary Canadian filmmaker Bruce McDonald and it stars Broken Social Scene, who were filmed at last summer's legendary Harbourfront show. The movie will open June 25 in Toronto and Vancouver, and you can watch the trailer and get more information via the official website. In Other News... •NXNE, the annual Toronto festival is taking place June 14-21 this year, and as usual we will be taking part and have some great shows lined up. Sally Seltmann is returning to North America, and will play the Supermarket on June 18, and after last week's triumphant hometown show at the Mod Club, Zeus will play the CBC Radio 2 official NXNE Showcase June 17 at The Rivoli with Buck 65 and Grand Analog.
