Art quilt self portrait – and she’s smiling

Anna from The Artist Within created this self-aware art quilt in response to a challenge from one of her quilting groups, Common Threads. I couldn’t help noticing that the smile on her face seems to agree with a study I just read. Sherri Lynn Wood of Daintytime posted here about the study, which concluded we get happier as we get older. Hooray!
