Dear Crafts,
Picking the perfect colors for your walls can be fun and, at the same time, intimidating. So it helps to know how the pros do it! When picking colors for my bedroom, I used these expert tips:

	1.		Use Your Favorite Colors: I noticed that all my bedding and bedroom accessories shared a common blue hue.

	2.		Create a Focal Point: Rather than painting every wall, I covered one in blue damask wallpaper to give my room the pop it needed.

	3.		Follow the 60-30-10 Rule: A room's palette should include 60 percent of the dominant color, 30 percent of the second, and 10 percent of the third. My finished look: three white walls, one blue wall, and green accents.
